Pullstart 62,888 #1 Posted August 12, 2020 Just slipped off a zip tie with my brand new knife and popped my left hand. The local urgent care measured 3 cm wide and 2 cm deep. They sent me away to the ER in the big city. No fun, the job wasn’t even done!

Pullstart 62,888 #15 Posted August 12, 2020 I do use side cutters to trim them generally, but in this instance I was cutting temporary ties from the stand and didn’t want to risk cutting the tube!

bc.gold 3,403 #20 Posted August 13, 2020 (edited) This be a good test for that knife, they claim the sharper the blade the less of a scar it leaves behind. My buddy from Alberta dropped in for a visit after spending the day in the big city ( Vancouver ) while there had purchased a new Buck knife. At our house Nick pulled out the knife to show me, my dad said, hey let me see that, so I pass it over to the old man and he pulls a jewellers loupe from his shirt pocket to inspect the knife. Then he proclaims, the blade looks like a f&^ed up cross cut saw. Edited August 13, 2020 by bcgold
ZXT 2,401 #21 Posted August 13, 2020 Man, this is what.. The 10th time you've damaged yourself in the last couple of months? When did it all start? When I caused you to fall off the ladder? Glad it didn't get you worse! Bunch of arteries in that area that you could've hit. 1
