Pullstart 62,787 #30 Posted August 4, 2020 Thank you, everyone! I was trying to arrange a fishing trip on the fun side of Lake Michigan ( @stevasaurus ) with a buddy and Mrs P. Started acting a bit off kilter... I figured she had arranged a party for me last Saturday. Well, I had no idea how long it had been since he had seen some friends, we all had a delightful time! Today, just some chores and a home cooked breakfast, but to “Champ’s” for dinner where an old friend of the family bought our dinner before leaving and we couldn’t get away with refusing his offer! I had a burger called “The Double Wide”. The buns were replaced with grilled cheese sandwiches and I convinced them to toss a little Jerk sauce on it too! Now a stroll through the field this evening, I got within 15 yards of a nice doe before the snort wheezing and stomping kicked in then I watched her scamper off in to the corn. Hey Steve, @WHX24, @Achto, @JCM look what kind of fishing I missed out on! I’m heading out Thursday with him... hoping for the same size fish! 1 2 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Achto 27,502 #31 Posted August 4, 2020 Those are some nice fish!! I haven't gotten out on Lake Michigan yet this year but I'm still hoping to go. Hopefully while the coho's are still biting. stevasaurus 22,707 #36 Posted August 4, 2020 That 1st guy is holding a King, the 2nd guy is holding a Koho. Nice fish!! We boated 4 last Wednesday...3 Koho's and 1 Lake Trout.
