71_Bronco 1,072 #1 Posted July 31, 2020 Just curious if anybody has converted their tractors to use 4 x 4" trailer wheels. I've seen a few places that make a 1" keyed "hub" with the 4 x 4" studs. 4 x 4.5" wheels are pretty common, but it seems like the newer wheels are sized for 1/2" studs (vs the 7/16" on our tractor hubs). Thoughts?
ebinmaine 68,887 #2 Posted July 31, 2020 @Lee1977 Or @19richie66 I have all the stuff to do it to one of mine but I haven't done it yet. To get around to 7/16 versus 1/2 inch I just expanded out the holes a little bit.

mmmmmdonuts 274 #5 Posted August 1, 2020 A lot of people do it for loader work on smaller tractors. See here: https://www.loaderplans.com/spindle-upgrade
