  What place has the closest match to WH red and silver paint?

There really is no set color for red or for silver is whatever is appealing to your taste. Personally I use regal red for the wheel horse color.

Welcome to Red Square.   Rustoleum Sunrise red is my favorite choice for wheel horse red.

  Dave.  As you can see everyone's taste is different when it comes to this question. So do what you feel is best for you. It's your tractor, make it your own. Just don't paint it green and yellow

I use Enamel Paint Hardener in the Regal Red.  I get the Magic brand Hardener at Tractor Supply.

But i don't recommend their Magic Enamel Paint.

Well you have gotten lots of opinions on the RED, for the silver wheel color I've found the Rust-Oleum Silver Wheel paint to be just like the factory color. Under $ 6.00 at Wallyworld.

I use rustoleum international red. But here are 2 other brands. Here is a paint comparison i did a little while back. Hope this helps.

If I wanted silver I would use Silver Argent like camr on the 60's and 70's cars. It don't have that fake silver look a lot of the silver paint does.

The white paint on the wheels is important as well. canvas white by rustoleum  or that ivory color by the same manufacturer I have posted these pictures before, but this is my wheel spineracious 2000 device. All it is is a rear axle from a MTD. Just leave the tires on. the can is nailed to a piece of plywood and a long neck is inserted into the can. You paint half the wheel inside and out, flip it over , and complete. grab the long neck ans carefully move it to dry.For the rear wheels, liquid laundry soap jugs work great when filled with water. Here is a front wheel half primed and ready to flip. It only takes a few minutes to paint. When you use a regular paint gun instead of a rattle can, you just adjust your spin rate to the application rate.Note the pipe inserted into the long neck to keep the wheel from tipping sideways and falling off. i think I painted 24 wheels in an afternoon.

 These wheels were prepped by electrolysis, acid etched, primed and painted. look around the valve stem and you can see that it was work to remove all that rust.

 even the earlier 300 and 400 series that didn't have Toro on them. Good quality paint but a bit pricey, but it's a match. The 308 somewhere around 83 to 85 did have a different paint color.

While we are on the subject of paint today I bought this can of VHT engine enamel red for my 16 horse and it was a very close match to the regal read that I painted the rest of the tractor with.
