Nova II elec ignition module?

Anybody put a Nova II ignition module on a Kohler K? Did it work, and how long has it been working? Thoughts, Problems ?

All my K series are electric start with charging systems...They indicate it is not recommended for flywheels with multiple magnets...

Like Paul says just above I don't know how you would trigger one on a Kohler engine.

 

I do have one of them on a Briggs 8 horse that was originally on a snowblower so no charging system.

That's the engine that's in Trina's Pony for now. 

Only occasional use. The module has been on that engine for at least 10 years. Works fine.

So my 702 and b80, and c160 is okay but the 704, no or vice versa?

I tried a nova 2 when I was converting the 3 leg coils to 2 leg coils  on the older 5 3/4hp briggs engines.  even after converting to a single magnet flywheel and new coil, I could not get spark from the nova,  I either got a bad nova or it didn't work on the 5 engines I switched over

Pull Start no electrical system it may work.  C 160 for sure not.

Won't work on the B80 either. That has a charging system if it's like mine.
