Also, do you have a locking rear diff? I've seen a few tractors online now that look to have a rear locker. appreciate the comments, it’s my first resto and I love working it to the bone! It does not have a locking diff, but I do have a spare 6 speed transmission with a limited slip 10 pinion diff in it that I’ve contemplated swapping! the exhaust is a cherry bomb glass pack, with a Honda Shadow baffle welded into the top and a 3/4” pipe fitting welded in the bottom. I run glass packs on my K5. I love the way it sounds. Are you happy with it on the 8hp?

Is anyone running golf cart or atv tires? Also, is it 'ok' to vary size a little on these tractors? I see a lot of options that are 24x10r12. What are folks opinion on that size? Currently I'm running 22x7.5r12. @Lee1977 runs ATV tires, he needed to lift his rear fender a bit to clear but I believe he’s got 27” meats on there? 24’s should do just fine. Most people go with a 23x10.5-12 and it looks good. I can tell you a 26x12-12 is going to be trouble for ya!
Richcz28 24 #30 Posted July 30, 2020 I'll save the industrial tires for my next Wheel Horse, haha.
ebinmaine 68,885 #31 Posted July 30, 2020 Rich I run 23 x 10.5 x 12 Carlisle AG's on the Cinnamon Horse. I've had em on the Patriot as well and that's a B80. Mine are fluid filled and HEAVY. More weight equals less spin.

That is a 520 beside it with 24 x 9.50 x 12 Turf Masters.

Richcz28 24 #34 Posted August 7, 2020 I got my new rear tires in and mounted up. They are 23x10.5r12s. I couldn’t have stuffed any more in there without modifying the fenders. I’m real happy with them.

Hey sir, your solution with the rear electric winch is great looking. It gives me ideas for when I get a tiller. Thanks!
