jeremi3210 717 #1 Posted July 16, 2020 Good day! I have a chance to pick up a tiller for my gt14, I have all of the parts to install it. My question is has any one used one? If so what are your opinions on it. Do they work better than one for a c series wh. I have one of those and they work great! jeremi3210 717 #3 Posted July 16, 2020 I know that's why iam debating on it! If nothing else it would make a nice counter weight for my loader gt14! I have heard that is the rarest part of the equation and possibly fragile even. rhhorn 2 #9 Posted September 10, 2020 I have used my tiller on my GT14 now for 3 years. It does a good job even in hard, rocky clay soil. When I got the tiller it had a broken input shaft in the gearbox, so I rebuilt the gearbox wirth new bearings and seals and had a local machine shop make a new input shaft for the tiller out of drill rod. Now the tiller is almost bulletproof. I have used it in virgin, hard packed rocky clay soil last year to expand my garden and I had it tilled and ready to plant in 3 passes over the new section. I didn't have any problem with the double pully on the transmission input shaft and the previos owner had used the tiller every year since the tractor was new in 1970 and must have sold it because the tiller input shaft broke..
