Nothing wrong with Facebook if you don’t let it take over your life. I started a Hesston/GMT page because there was nothing out there for info or parts and now have 29 members on the page. One guy has several of them, tons of knowledge from using them over the yesrs and has met the man who was on the design team. I never would have met him if not for FB. Also may have two machines coming my way after I finally get moved, if everything falls into place. It can be a good thing...... all how you use it. He was correct.......I still can't find much close WH stuff on there, but there are hundred dollar riders on there and two hundred dollar riders all day long in case you need a beater to put in the barn at a rental property. There is a filter site called searchtempest that filters CL and EvilbaT, but too much spam ads from dealers who post 50 ads of the same thing. It sort of filters per brand of mower, but not really. I have bought from a guy on redsquare about half the time, but he quit posting stuff for sale. what makes sense for me is to try a ring job on one tractor and then a re-bore on a second one. After doing my taxes this year, i am beginning to wonder if being in business is worth all the paperwork and grief. After surviving horrible tax rates on farm land that lost money and now not being allowed to evict deadbeat tenants because of the virus, It may be time to sell out and enjoy life working on tractors before i get too old. Forgive me for something my 100 years old mom said back in the day about the way Madge comported herself." Yet another way for me to spend incredible amounts of time doing things I don't really need to do. But there is a lot of cool stuff there.
