Stepney 2,325 #2 Posted July 15, 2020 The Hydro lift was optional on the Charger and standard on the Electro. For obvious matters you'd need the valve, hoses, bracket to hold the valve, the right rock shaft, and the piston. On the transmission pump there are supposed to be a valve or two as I remember.. actually have been dismantling one for another RS member to add a lift on his 1970 model. 953 nut 55,098 #4 Posted July 15, 2020 If you can find a good parts donor tractor that has the lift and a Sundstrand transmission it can be done. Before you dive into this be forewarned that the rock-shaft can be a problem to remove because the two pieces tend to be brown-welded (rusted) together and the hydraulic cylinder also can be a challenge to remove.
