Probably, as long as they are for 1" axles. I have a spare 5053 transmission (from a 1968 Commando 8) with the 5-lug hubs I'm going to swap in. Not 100% ..but I’m pretty sure you can as the axels should be the same 1” diameter and length. But the three bolt hubs could only be used with the three hole rear rims from 65-68 lawn rangers.
