Sam Pasch 449 #1 Posted July 4, 2020 This lawn ranger has sat in my great grandmother's garage since I can remember. It belongs to my dad's cousin, but no matter what he just won't sell it. Its sad to see it sit and deteriorate.😞😢 4
oliver2-44 9,684 #2 Posted July 5, 2020 At least it's stored indoors. Jack it up ans set it on wood blocks to preserve the tires for the day he will sell it. 3
Terry M-(Moderator) 2,175 #3 Posted July 5, 2020 From what I can see it looks in fairly nice shape. Looks like maybe at some point it was maybe painted.?? id try to do what Oliver2-44 suggested and let it rest on some blocks. in the meantime it should be well protected indoors.
Sam Pasch 449 #4 Posted July 5, 2020 Grandpa used to air up the tires now and then but lately it has been pretty much untouched.
Pullstart 62,790 #5 Posted July 5, 2020 Sam, how old are you if you don’t mind? Your profile picture looks like you’re fairly young. It’s awesome to see your enthusiasm for the tractor that came from your family member (Grandfather?) . My best advise is to show him how much you appreciate and care for what you have, maybe you’ll win him over with that? Keep after the hobby, you’ll end up with quite the collection. I see how much family heirlooms mean to you as well and why this particular one means more to you than anyone else! 1

I always assumed it was some sort of bumper type thing.

If I’d have only known then... what I know now...
