I just saw this white puff flower thing... it’s at least 3-4” diameter!

Now that's a friggin' Dandelion! We have them around here, but I've not seen one get over about 1" in diameter. That one takes the cake!

Pretty sure the girls were wearing safety flip flops lol

We have those wild plants over here too. I think it is western salsify but I'm no expert.

Edible roots that taste like parsnip.

I grew salsify years ago, we called it oyster root and made oyster stew with it.  I never had a bloom like that, so maybe that is unique to the wild version.
