avery 2 #1 Posted June 26, 2020 Hey guys, I'm new here and new to Toro Wheelhorse tractors. I purchased a Toro 522xi with a mower deck and a snowblower attachment. I have the opportunity to pick up a Toro 17-44 hxl and I'm wondering if the snowblower attachment I got with the 522xi would be compatible with the Toro 17-44 hxi model. Sparky-(Admin) 21,312 #2 Posted June 26, 2020 Nope, not compatible. The 522xi is a horizontal shaft motor and the 17-44 is a vertical shaft motor. The motor drives the snow-chucker and those machines have very different drive configurations. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
