Feeling A Little Sad This Morning

Today at 8:00 am would have been the official opening of the 2020 WHCC "Big Show". I'm feeling sad.

Was gonna stop by there and get a picture at the gate the other day but couldn't bring myself to do it.

Too heartbreaking to be there without all my W-H peeps!

The silver lining to all this is next years show will be just that much better! I know I can't wait.

I’m feeling sad that we aren’t in PA, but my hauler has a blown head gasket and my custom tractor hasn’t seen progress in months.  In all reality, I’m not sure how we would have made it there.

Yap, that hurts,

 

I was full of anticipation to this Event.

I planned extra my holiday‘s ahead so, to be able visiting this Event,
but now immigration permit was cancelled and also the Big Show.

Now i‘m sitting here several hundrets of miles away, 
instead of having some Fueltalk a lot of Fun with you Guy’s and see ya all once.

My Holiday‘s are nearly done and i realize, there is a unknown Enemy for us all.

We all fightening a real War, but not against and not with other peoples or with Weapons.
Our new Enemy is much smaller than we can imagine and it destroys so much, i couldn‘t grasp ahead.
I Think nobody can imagine ahead, that someting like that dang Virus will happen within our lifetime
and be a Enemy for the whole World.

 

 

Stay safe everybody and keep the head up high.

I be still in hope, i can see ya all healthy face to face maybe next year.

Granted, I was a Nuclear Power Plant Operator but no melt downs on my watch. Besides, that looks like the spot  @Lane Ranger had been set up in.

Yup! I should be waking up this morning in a strange hotel bed, thinking about some tractor I didn’t buy Friday and hoping it’s still there Saturday when I roll back onto the show grounds....and of course thinking about breakfast at the Apple Bin Grill a few miles from the show grounds.
