ebinmaine 67,271 #1 Posted June 24, 2020 Trina and I both have Android phones and we use the Google system. I'm sure many of you are well aware that Google sends you suggestions for all kinds of stuff. Google photos in particular might send you a suggestion related to a picture like, do you want to rotate this? Do you want to correct the color or tint? Do you want to remember this day ... a year ago or whatever... So a couple days ago Trina gets a little window popping up on her phone and it's the video below. Google in its infinite wisdom separated out a bunch of pictures that Trina had taken of our dog. In the interest of full disclosure, the five-year-old in me is absolutely fascinated with this technology. I know a lot of you have or have had, pets that you are quite fond of. Please do take a minute and share with the rest of us, photos, videos, whatever. 6 4
Sparky-(Admin) 21,300 #2 Posted June 24, 2020 Lost our dog Dusty a few years ago, at the same fine my son moved out and daughter started college. They were both a big help with Dusty since wife and I both work full time. We had this cat already so he really gets all the attention now. Named him Nosey (super curious). Strictly an indoor cat, no ticks or fleas to deal with. 7 3
Sparky-(Admin) 21,300 #5 Posted June 24, 2020 Last Christmas daughter comes home from college in West Virginia with Bill the cat. Of course I heard “Can we keep him? He was all alone on the streets!” Of course I caved and he is a good cat, gets along great with Nosey. Original cat is 12 years old and Bill is maybe 2 years old. They didn’t get along at first, but after a couple weeks they became best friends. 5 4

953 nut 55,074 #11 Posted June 24, 2020 A couple of years ago we adopted a feral mommy cat and her two kittens. She had been dropped of at a church and the kittens were born there. The kittens were aboyt 12 weeks old when we got then and were afraid of everything. Now they are great entertainment for us and all are very loving. 6 2 1

Achto 27,502 #18 Posted June 25, 2020 (edited) Our Sophi. She's a Daddy's girl, even though my wife spoils her. Sorcha, she's a pretty intense cat. If you start playing fetch with her you better have some time to kill. One or both of these critters will be found planted on my lap any time that I'm kicking back in my recliner. PeacemakerJack 10,738 #19 Posted June 25, 2020 Great thread Eric! Lots of fun stuff here...it is amazing what these furry creatures do to bring joy to our day to day lives—and sometimes headachesbut we love them anyway. Our two “live in” cats are: Cubbie. He is a super lovable Tabby! Pepper. We got her from Jim at plow day several years ago. She is feisty and has a chip on her shoulder but has really worked her way into all our hearts... Nixie is our 14 year old Siberian. She is a sweetheart and it will be really tough when she decides it time for the final frontier. 4 1

bottjernat1 2,190 #23 Posted June 25, 2020 (edited) My wiener doggy MIA was born with a cleft paw. she doesn't let it bother her she is also a spoiled brat. The other brown pup in the 1st second of the video is Tina and she almost died because of her daddy he bit her on the head when she was a small pup for some dumb reason and so we gave him a way to a good home. He was a good dog but he bit the pups twice and we didn't want him to do it to kill them or hurt any little kids. So we have to special pups. We love both of them.
