Think I need a PTO adapter

You got to go to your local Acme supply store and get you a rotational modulation adapteriser.

 

Other than that I don't see an issue.

One of these should work because the deck is large enough to fit a tractor on top of it.

You also need live power take off or an over ride clutch. Those thing push pretty hard when wound up with out one of those.

Looks like a 6 ft. You also need around 40 HP.

Oh yes.  Broke my overrunning clutch a couple years ago tried to finish without it..Pushed my Farmall M hard....
