Finally found the bracket I needed to make my Lawn Vac run. 

Here is a sketch of it for anyone that wants to save years looking and make their own.

From my research this is for pre 1979 models without the Eaton Hydro transmission.

These are scanned in as pdf so if you print out 100% you can use it as a template.
