Heirloom, keep it watered.  Poppies have a taproot and it can make transplanting somewhat difficult.  Removing flowers, stalks and unopened buds will increase the chances of success.  Good luck.

That special plant is this one. LOL  Heroin comes from the gum of opium poppies (Papaver somniferum). These flowers aren't difficult to grow, Wankel said. They thrive in temperate climates and are probably native to the Mediterranean, but they can be grown in subtropical and tropical regions as well.

I got a fairly decent root ball for the transplant and left one plant behind to let it go to seed should this one fail.

You'll receive both the poppy seed and some asparagus seeds, I believe the latter must be subjected to freezing before being planted.

The female plants are difficult to find as most people remove them.

Dig up and remove the entire female plants including their underground crowns. Do this before these young green berries become red in color or mature and can spread seeds in the garden. When you buy one or two-year-old asparagus crowns (roots) for planting, the more expensive ones will be labeled “all male

You did not provide a mailing address, so the seeds have gone to another member.
