The Tuul Crib 7,336 #26 Posted August 28, 2020 (edited) Sitting here listening to some Clint black music trying to get this charger back together. Started to venture on the starter of all things. Went out to the shed and grabbed two or three and brought in and ran a check on each one. Got one that works great cleaned it up put some paint on it and it's ready for installation! The Tuul Crib 7,336 #29 Posted August 28, 2020 Oh yea lots of Negativity! I drilled out and tapped an extra hole in the hubs as well and threaded for another bolt.
ebinmaine 67,274 #30 Posted August 29, 2020 Likely a little late now but the hub should have a flat ground into it so the set screw jamb nut will be less prone to backing out.

Thanks for the tip! Easy fix. Drilling and tapping was no probably. I'll have to get the grinder Out tomorrow and flatten that spot!Might still add a flat washer and a spring washer in that area as well

I have a good collection of carburetors in a plastic container got to go through all of them and find a good one. What diameter of port did you say it was for a 16 horse?
