My charger rebuild

Sitting here listening to some Clint black music trying to get this charger back together. Started to venture on the starter of all things. Went out to the shed and grabbed two or three and brought in and ran a check on each one. Got one that works great cleaned it up put some paint on it and it's ready for installation!

Oh yea lots of Negativity!  

I drilled out and tapped an extra hole in the hubs as well and threaded for another bolt.

Likely a little late now but the hub should have a flat ground into it so the set screw jamb nut will be less prone to backing out.

Thanks for the tip! Easy fix. Drilling 

and tapping was no probably. I'll have to get the grinder Out tomorrow and flatten 
that spot!Might still add a flat washer and a spring washer in that area as well

Got home today and fully mounted

all the tins. put all the small bolts back in place now I'm searching for a carburetor!

I have a good collection of carburetors in a plastic container got to go through all of them and find a good one. What diameter  of port did  you say it was for a 16 horse?

 I'd forget about a spring washer, Randy. Just use Loctite thread locker, or whatever similar you have over there.

Finally passed on from the transmission

to the power plant .This 30 over 16 needs to be born one bolt at a time.Got the PTO cleaned up and painted.

Just got my decals today from @Vinylguyand I have to say I am absolutely excited and can't wait to put them on!!Excellent job my friend!
