Trina, on her Pigpen 867 is in great need of new front tires. She seems to think that steering is a necessity.

:scared-eek:

That tractor will also need to have weight added to the front end.

She would also like to have a one or two point Ripper hanging off the rear hitch or possibly the mid hitch point.

Her Pony tractor which is the 657 that has been fully restored needs a battery and we want to get the Tecumseh back up and running and reinstall that.

She would also request TIME so she can work on her tractors. Work with her tractors. Drive them around. And pull stuff.

My Cinnamon Horse needs to have the rear hitch beefed-up.

The two projects I have going that I'd really like to have more time to work on are Colossus and the 1970 Charger Hydro.

The idea behind getting the hydro tractor was to try it for snow removal so I want to have that done for the end of summer and be able to drive it around a little bit before snow falls.

Later on down the road when we get a different piece of property that has more Garden friendly land then we would be very interested in owning several more implements.

Absolutely Johnny!

She has HER two tractors. I have my two tractors.... she bought her first one. The second was a trade from a fellow member @buckrancher for another horse.

She does a lot of the work on them.

During the restoration process Trina does MOST of the disassembly and almost All of the cleaning, paint and rust removal, and ALL the repainting.

We share the assembly.

She does a LOT of the bolting together. I do the wiring and rebuild the transmissions.

Trina has a 3rd waiting to be restored at some point that was a gift from @Herder

I just want some time to work on my Commando 8. In the middle of rebuilding a motor, an 8-speed, and a gear drive deck :tools-wrench:

My grandpa's Wheel Horse. I was a little kid at the time, but I'm pretty sure it was an early 70's C series, manual trans, mower deck and dump cart.

I think it's still possible for me to save that machine. One of my cousins got it when Grandpa passed away 15 years ago.

That's my wish list.

I need to find wheel weights and possibly chains for plowing now that I acquired a snow blade.

She thinks she needs to steer? That's over rated. Just plow through the stuff in your way!

Do what you like to do. Be who you want to be.

In my particular case she literally... walked into my life.

I was leading Mountain hikes at the time and she showed up for a few....

I just need two things that seem impossible to put together, "time & money". If I can get these two things together, I can get more of my Horses fixed up to my level of expectations.:)

:text-yeahthat: when I have one, I don’t seem to have much or “any” of the other.

Well said Dan.

the List (only of horses):

Vader (Super-C195)

4FCB728F-FE1F-4B4D-8F4A-F5CBE22F8D19.jpeg.91a5ac91fce57e42bda1bc2e35aa3e20.jpeg

Although it doesn’t look like it in this picture, I want to do a full restore on this rare tractor someday and it will be used only as a play/show tractor.

JackRabbit (418-C)

373E3D2D-74C6-4E46-AE44-004473D6C7D8.jpeg.66ec53aab9dc2adc5bf0d3084b12308d.jpeg

This is @Coulter Caleb‘s tractor and we need to do a refurbish on it, fix a couple of worn odds and ends, fresh coat of paint.  This will hopefully be Caleb’s primary worker on into adulthood👍🏻

Big RED (523Dxi)

DC89C6EF-AB51-45AC-A315-1607E2CFEE7D.jpeg.c418ee5176a304dedc32de9201cf5f1e.jpeg

This tractor has been running a little hot lately and I need to find and fix that issue. Especially because we are getting a very useful attachment soon that I’m pretty excited about...(more on that later)

Blackbeard (GT14)

8F7B890D-F538-4BD0-8258-AD9EB77629A8.jpeg.b317cf51c31ffee41987cd5e1e343b3a.jpeg

This is Zach’s tractor.  The initial plan is to do a surface repaint and get the mower deck and snowthrower fully functional and refurbished so that Zach can use it as he grows.  There is a longer list with this one but you’ll have to check his thread for that😉

GhostRider (314-8)

5EE395AE-D4B6-47F1-B45A-111781E29D09.jpeg.a25e02691a8d34faf0d3616cf54163bf.jpeg

My Plow Mule is just about finished. Just need to make a few mods to the custom hitch that Kevin made for me and I can say that it is set (except maybe for an electric fuel pump mod)

Comanche (854)

45B8F84C-9C4A-4B86-B6A4-663CCAB2DE80.jpeg.4d52b6c3b3dc03f0c8265a6ebff7bdb5.jpeg

Another of @Coulter Caleb‘s tractors.  This one is getting close to where we want it for now.  Long term—we want to rebuild the original K181 and reinstall the original parts at that time.  Currently just enjoying it!  Needs an alternate rear end for plowing “abuse” and some weight to keep the front end planted.

Rusty (1054-A)

3B4463F8-F608-49AF-9969-8513A6900939.jpeg.8b2f7061dccb27b6454f33671b271879.jpeg

This Tractor was practically given to me and so I don’t have a real decisive path on it yet.  I do know that I want to get the lights up and working, the PO added horns working, tune up the engine, clean/paint the wheels, add a custom seat by @BOB ELLISON and install the freakishly cool distressed decals from the “Sticker Master” @Vinylguy

There are plenty of other projects but these should keep me busy for now🤔😂

I'm kinda in-between houses at the moment so not much I can do for the next 2 weeks. But once I close on the new house (june 26th) I can start rewiring my c-160.  It's had charging issues the last 2 years and the battery is always dead in it.  It's just time to rip all the wires out of it, get a new stator and rectifier, and make it all new again.

As for my c-161, I would like to finally build the exhaust stack for it. That tractor also has a forward swept axle. I would like to get the gear reduction steering pieces for it. That 2 stage blower is wicked heavy lol.
