bottjernat1 2,190 #1 Posted June 11, 2020 Well we had some 70 mph winds up in my area. I live in avilla indiana or northeast indiana. My shed had a screw pop up on the roof but i got it under control! But my mother in laws shed didn't fair as well. But I fixed it to. Funny thing my mother in laws shed i put together when my sister lived there she bought the shed me and my brother in law had a few beers and put it together in the dark during a high wind LOL. A semi blew over on u.s 20 north of me. I need to check my big shed yet I don't know if its OK yet. I hope so. Did anyone else have issues?

I can do without any more big wind storms around here after the macrobursts/tornadoes from a few years ago.
Pullstart 62,796 #5 Posted June 11, 2020 We had thunder so strong a few nights ago that it shook our house for 15-20 second intervals.. lightening lit up the sky for miles and it was pretty awesome!

JoeM 7,871 #7 Posted June 11, 2020 Blew like the dickens last evening for 30 minutes. A couple miles down the road a giant pine snapped off and fell onto the power lines in the middle of the span between poles. The two poles snapped off and the lines sprung to the ground and snagged a guys mail box then sprung back up. It pull the mail box 4x4 and cement base out of the ground and threw it through is yard about 50 foot. Got to watch out for flying mail boxes now! 1

8ntruck 6,991 #9 Posted June 12, 2020 I exercised my 14-8 no name with the yard sweeper to pick up all of the sticks that have been blown down over the last couple of days. There was a 12" diameter dead tree that has been a 'leaner' since sometime last winter in the neighbor's woods near the lot line. That blew the rest of the way down last week. Thought if a name for my no name while I was sweeping. What do y'all think of Journey?
Darb1964 1,042 #10 Posted June 12, 2020 Finally had a good soaking rain today in the Berkshires, nice not to be watering every thing. Been very dry, hay crop way down. Got eighty bails yesterday out of a field that usually produces three hundred first cut.

That was the one that popped into my head and to be honest I didn't know what the name of the group was at the time.
Sam Pasch 449 #17 Posted June 12, 2020 (edited) Couple days ago some huge winds and lightning came through North West Illinois and threw a tree limb through my grandparent's neighbor's garage after lighting split the tree in half.
