I read somewhere that several years ago the Portland Show and Swap meet accounted for about 100,000 visitors to Portland. I am not sure if they meant over the years three events but it is big.

You will find things you did not know you were looking for until you see them. And than of course you had to have it!

Parts from everywhere for everything. It is a fun time. Third time for me going this Friday!

I am only about 30 minutes North of Portland and have a 518H with non wheel horse attachments for sale. I also have a Lawn Ranger for sale, but I do not know the year. Please let me know if anyone would like to look at these and I would be glad to show them. I will not be around on Saturday, but I should be close to home on Thursday and Friday evenings. The best way to get in touch is via a cell phone number. You can find that on an older posting in the classified section.

With the major rain strom coming through Indiana tonight, what will the swap meet be like on saturday? Is any of it indoors? If it's raining on saturday will it still be going on?

Just Curious before I drive over, as I have never been to show grounds or Portland

Thanks,

Justin

The swap is all outdoors. It was a bit wet/muddy in spots today so if there getting any quantity of rain tonight it might not be good tomorrow.

I've been planning on going for a few months now, but decided lastnight not to go, I'm bumming if it was not almost a 3 hour drive I'd be there right now. but with all the rain and tornado watches, flooding ect... and being the last day didn't think it was worth it. guess I wait till fall.
