I was at the CMS GMA engine show in Orange Massachusetts. There was a fellow there who very much appeared to be your standard-issue movie character stereotypical nerd. Physically speaking he looked about as out of place at an engine and machinery show as you could possibly get and that was undoubtedly part of what attracted me to his booth. Absolutely fascinating man to talk to. He had taken a 3.8 L GM supercharged v6 and made it a V2. I can't remember which cylinder is he removed but obviously he had cut the engine, heads, intake, supercharger, etc. Into three pieces and reassembled it into a running machine. I don't remember even seeing the seams. Why? Something to do. Just wanted to know if one could do it so he tried. dcrage 627 #6 Posted June 11, 2020 Eb Your story reminds me of the ‘Home Show’ I went to 30-35 years ago. Stood at a booth admiring and listening to a guy who made a grandfather clock out of wood!
