Gilbertr 5 #1 Posted June 8, 2020 Hey guys im new here. I've been looking at the content on here and there is a lot of good information. Ive got a gt2500 im rebuilding the deck and im having trouble finding the all the pulleys for the deck. Ive talk to local dealers and they want an arm and a leg for that stuff. I was wondering if anyone had part numbers for these items so I can have an easier time finding them

daveoman1966 3,762 #3 Posted June 8, 2020 Wfhat size deck do you have... 36" or 42". Is it side or rear discharge? Deck parts for 36 and 42 are different. Look at the left rear corner of the deck....s/b a model number there ... either a decal or a metal tag on it.

Gilbertr 5 #11 Posted June 12, 2020 I am now having another issue lol. Wondering if anyone can aid me. My deck has been apart for 2 weeks now waiting on parts and i have now forgot how it goes together. The new spindles have a grove on one side of the slotted drive and im not sure which way that goes and im sure it matters as ive measured it and one side is a 1/8 inch longer than the other. My other concern is test fitting everything together and on the pulley side there seems to be quite a large gap between the mandrel and the pulley and I don't recall if it had that large of a gap. Thanks for the help in advance
