J.I Case 222 Hydro

Recommended Posts

Old building with hidden treasures inside, on the outside of the building the high water marks are clearly visible, also inside you'll note the water line on the walls matches up to the one on the Case tractor hood.

The J/I Case 222 hydro looks to have had an engine upgrade, original engine would have had starter / generator.

I had a Bolens "Suburban" with an opposed-twin Briggs. Nice little engine. Same basic characteristics as the Onan and Kohler opposed twins from the same era. Plenty of torque, smooth running. None of the opposed twins could meet the emissions rules, though, so we got left with the various V-twins over the years.
