echris 1,425 #2 Posted June 3, 2020 (edited) If I remember correctly, you pull the hitch clip on the bottom of the curved arm, remove the pin at the end of the pulley, then lift and rotate the curved arm to the side. There's supposed to be a pin going through the red U bracket and the end of the pulley which is missing in your pic. Edit: added pic with hitch clip circled.
