Razorback 1,035 #1 Posted May 30, 2020 Just a general question..... I have a 1974 C-160 with a 36” deck. Friend down the street has a C-125, has a 42” deck he’s offering me for free. I don’t have any other info at the moment. Will it fit?

This morning, I saw him outside, stopped and chatted for awhile. In his shop was the C-125.... front axle is off. He says the pivot is worn and will have a new bushing installed. He said he had the deck and I could have it if I wanted it..... had no idea he had a Wheel Horse. I knew I liked him!!!

Razorback 1,035 #5 Posted May 31, 2020 (edited) I need to clean it up a bit. Mike said he used orange paint on the belt covers simply because that was all he had at the time. I’ll spruce it up a little soon. No ID tag on it, though. Edited May 31, 2020 by Razorback
Razorback 1,035 #6 Posted June 5, 2020 I need to get a belt to drive this 42" SD mower on my 1974 C160. Did I see correctly that it needs a 1/2" x 102" belt?

Closer reading.... I think 1/2" x 103" belt..... no front carrier.
Razorback 1,035 #8 Posted June 6, 2020 Got a 1/2”x103” Huskee Aramid belt from TSC yesterday. Installed it and tested out the new-to-me 42” SD deck...... I LIKE IT!!!!! That deck is still narrow enough to stay on the C160 in the shed and allow me to get other things in and out.
