entropy 104 #1 Posted May 29, 2020 I have a 520HC with I believe a 48" 3 blade deck. I wanted to repair the deck height adjuster handle and bracket. Over years of use the parts are bent and worn. I doubt that I can find replacement parts but am putting out the request here as perhaps there is an option I was unable to find via google. If no replacement parts are available what fixes have others employed to address this issue. I was thinking I could remove the parts, vice them, torch them a little and re bend them for tighter tolerances?

Ed Kennell 38,071 #3 Posted May 29, 2020 This is what I did to fix my loose adjuster. A flat bar and two 1/4" bolts and Nylock nuts. It keeps the assembly together and the pin in the hole. Just tighten enough to keep it together and still change holes. Easy Peasy.
