Hydraulic lift

I have a 69 gt14 that was working fine and now my hydraulic lift is not working,  can not raise my cutting deck. Goes forward and back no problem.  Fluid is full, wondering what to check first

First thing I would check is all the mechanical connections between the cylinder and the deck. One of them may have come apart.

Is the cylinder ram moving?  If so, then lift linkage is likely the problem.

Linkage first.  If it is OK then the implement relief valve spring next.

Cylinder ram does not move. All linkage is good.  Is the implement relief valve spring in the lift control valve or the transmission

It is located in the hydrogear pump head

Download the service manual here.
