Check out this picture to see if you need a wrench or a socket.  Optical illusion for sure.  See if you can see it both ways.  One on the left.

Look at the shadow lines.  Lower side is has a shadow line along the inner edge and the upper side does not.  It's an innie.

Steve, do you mean the one on the left in the picture but it was right on the tractor? A wrench or socket won't work on the right one in the picture.  I stand by my innie :)
