Guy had a C120 hydro minus engine listed for a song, 4 miles away. I thought heck, maybe parts I need or a complete donor trans for the 1277. Came home with this. I now have two working 8 speeds, a potential working hydro, and a crap ton of parts. Oh, and he threw in a 42” mower deck with no holes. 

I don’t even know what the heck I bought🤣  according to the decals a C120, C81, and two mystery machines. Any guesses?

The C120 is a 76 or 77.

Others I can't tell.

So far the C120 trans saved my main machine- a 1277 with a hydro that gets weak when it warms up. Nice to have something that will make it up the step into the shop at the end of the day haha.

@ebinmaine there still hope to save the 120....I really would like a long frame with an 8 speed, and just happen to have a pair of these now too

It would be great to see one of those come to life.

Whatever you need for parts, let me know. If the shipping is in too much of a killer I'd give you a heck of a deal if I have anything you need.

Appreciate that!  What we need is a fall Big Show so we can all bring our parts and do some Horse trading.....  pun intended ha.

PS- Im seriously considering making one of the little ones into the trail bomber and putting the 654 back to work duty before I ruin it. Would've never done that to it but there wasnt much left to start with.

I think you just need another trail bomber... it no reason to make that 654 anything else!
