48” deck

Recommended Posts

WheelHorse520-H

I have a 48” deck for my 520-h. Cuts great but when I raise the deck all the way up the discharge side raises a good 2” more then the left side. The bracket on top the deck is on right and nothing is bent. Is this normal on a hydro lift? If not how do I fix it. Thanks

Did you folks do the adjustments mentioned in both posts?  Did you answer the questions?

Just fixed it by tightening the trunnion nut. Didn't take 10 minutes.  Thanks for the help.

Remove the vertical cover plate under steering wheel, lift deck then tighten the nut at trunnion until deck hits the rubber stops. Very easy. 1/2" deep socket & extension

I appreciate it. I’ll do it this weekend. I adjusted the deck stops on the deck frame and that didn’t do much. I adjusted the rod in the middle back of the deck and that didn’t change anything. So by adjusting this in the pick will raise and level the deck?
