Rideawaysenior 25 #1 Posted February 2, 2008 After putting a post on Craigs list for MA in the Worcester area looking for Wheel Horses I get an email from a fella who says I have one but sure don't know what it is. It took him a couple of days to get me some pics but when he did, my eyes blew out of my head. There it was, a D200 just callin for me. Well after a couple of weeks of trying to hook up with the guy, I finally had some success tonight. The wife came home from work, and we piled into the Jeep with my 18 footer in tow. After an hour ride to Uxbridge MA we pull up on a dark and rainy street. I talked with the gent who was the seller and we haggeled a bit, and then a bit more and then again for a bit and as I looked over to the car and saw steam comming from the windows cus the missuz was getting a bit mad, we hit a number and struck a deal. I have only seen the pics and it was dark when I brought her home so rest assured tomorrow there will be some pics and some more info on my find. I'm done huntin for the weekend now. Jack BTY she came home for an easy $150.
combatmp29r 27 #2 Posted February 2, 2008 Way to go Jack My D200 cost a little less to bring home, but the Onan they had on it was junk so in the end it will cost me much more than yours I'm sure. Great Find for sure

Rollerman 290 #7 Posted February 2, 2008 Shoot Jack $150 for a D 200? When you say you haggled over the price...did you really mean you clunked him on the back of the head with a "Stupid" stick & got out of there with the D...driveing as fast as you could with steamy windows before the PO regained his smarts? Nice find...especially at that price!

Rideawaysenior 25 #10 Posted February 3, 2008 Update on the D200. Engine runs like a top, the hydro pump is shot. It would barley move in either direction. I double checked the releif valve, and that was not it. I checked the oil and added some to top it off. Like the valve, not it. I have another sundstrand pump from a Charger 10, and it looks almost the same. being I have to pull the old one out, I'm going to see if the other will fit and maybe just maybe it will work. Jim_M 178 #11 Posted February 3, 2008 I just saw a D 180 hydro pump pop up on eBay this morning. I didn't really pay attention because I don't need one, but I think the opening bid was $10.00.
