Pullstart 63,058 #2 Posted May 7, 2020 @SCHAFLOR! There are Horses in Europe, but not so abundant. Possibly @Skipper could help track one down for you? 1

For a great many of us English is our first language and we mess it up all the time. 3 1

SCHAFLOR 18 #13 Posted July 6, 2020 (edited) Update; Hi guys. Thx for your welcoming, replys and advice. And especially Skipper for his personal help. I recently found and bought my first WH. It is a 512-d with WH-tipping trailer and 38" Agri-fab lawnsweep. As I read on this forum this model with the 8,5 hp robin diesel engine turns out to be a sought after, rare model as it was an export model (Europe only?). So i am glad with this find. Tractor looks prety good for its age. Apperantly it was made for only one year 1986. The hour counter says it has done 791 hours but it is broken so i am not sure of that but it runs great. Just some blue smoke when it is warming up. When i removed the muffler i found out that it leaked a few oil drops through the valve seal. That has to evaporate / burn up when warming up the engine. So no wory about that right. Maybe i replace the seals one day if i can find new ones. I immediately replaced the engine oil and transmission oil and checked the valve clearance. Valve clearance is perfect. Transmission oil was like thick chocolat sauce! I guess that was never changed. It does not have a mowing deck. So i am looking for one, not to big for manouverability between plants and trees. I am also looking for a tiller and or plow and other attachments later on but that's going to be a challenge here in Belgium. So also looking for possible modifications so it can work with none- original tiller with its own motor or pulley modification. I have seen it beeing done somewhere. Further optic improvements wil follow when i have enough time and space. I wanted to replace the front wheel bearings because one is worn out. Did'nt find new ones size 3/4 -x 1 - 3/4 on the www. My Toro dealer says there are (probably 34 year old) bearings available but the cost 98 euros apiece!! Choq! Any advice or guidence will be appreciated.
