Can someone identify this guy for me?

@Ed Kennell @pfrederiLast few days this bird has been showing up. It’s different than the other blue birds being darker and totally blue. Not a great photo it was too far and took it through binoculars.

Probably a bunting.     The black mask looks like a blue mockingbird, but they would not be found in the North.

Never seen him before. He is also not nervous like all others flying in and out of feeder all the time, just staying there a long time eating.

You want some cool bird pics set up a trail cam on a feeder sometime. You'll get some really cool close up in flight shots.

He really is the Lone Buntin. No others around. Yet that is:D

Monday morning while turkey hunting I saw one of these for the first time.      I initially thought it was an Oriole due to the orange underside tail feathers.

After checking the book, I'm sure it was a Great Crested Flycatcher.

Do you have any finches in the area? The buntings tend to migrate with flocks of finches.

Not right now. Finches show up midsummer when my Anisette plants grow seeds. Then I have yellow finches all over them.
