953 nut 55,771 #2 Posted May 2, 2020 If you have a good industrial supply outlet near by they should be able to match up all of the parts for you. The old part numbers may not cross with anything they have on record, but measuring and matching up will get it done. They will have the Grade 8 bolts and nuts too.
pacer 3,174 #3 Posted May 2, 2020 Yeah the old p/ns are probably no or little good. Try to get them out without mangling them too badly, watch closely for any # on them and keep it readable- more times than not the old will have a # somewhere on it, Use any of these # and just go to the bay, or google for a search. I can more times than not get them off the bay. ) My bearing supply here is some 60miles round trip, they are great people and have bought many parts there, but too often I go there and he'll say 'yeah I can get it but itll be tomorrow' --- so if I can get them on ebay and delivered right to my door ... I like that better. And another factor here is they are usually cheaper -- with free ship! Is that gasket you show the big one for the 2 case halves? if so I dont think it exists, youll probably have to make it. I make mine. its really not that big a deal. Get a corn flake box or similar for the material, I do mine by laying the cardboard on the case surface and using a small ball peen hammer find one of the bolt holes and tap through it and stick a bolt through the new hole. I then go to another bolt hole and repeat til Ive got all the holes done with a bolt through them to stabilize the gasket. Then tap, tap, tap all around following the outline, the tapping will 'cut' the cardboard and you can come up with a factory looking gasket -- might even have a Cherios label on it!! Tractor supply, or other similar has the grade 8 stuff.
oliver2-44 9,860 #4 Posted May 2, 2020 There is a pinned thread at the top of the Transmission Section that has parts cross reference for the manual transmissions. you might look through those to see if any of the same WH part numbers show up and have a cross referance.
pfrederi 17,868 #5 Posted May 2, 2020 (edited) Pinned thread will give you all the numbers you will need for seals and bearings One exception #8509 M-16101 is a bearing that is no longer manufactured. Is yours in bad shape? If so you could try a M-16081 it is only 1/2" deep you have to press it a bit further in than flush on the outside The gasket between the case halves is 5999 NLA but has been reproduced by one of our vendors Wheel horse parts and more https://www.wheelhorsepartsandmore.com/about-us.html Edited May 2, 2020 by pfrederi 1
