Hooking up rear tiller question

So it seems theres no way to feed this through the tube. I took the tube off and seems the clamp will hold it in place. I cant figure out where it hooks to on the levering side of things . I have a 1974 c120 manual transmission

I believe the cable sheathing (spiral red part) replaces the tube.  You can use a tube clamp to hold it in place.

your lift arm moves two rock shaft levers inside the dash.  The clue is hooks to the vertical arm, so it moves forward when you pull the lever back.

No need to complement my art work masterpiece... hopefully it helps you see what’s inside :handgestures-thumbupright:

Your 1974 C-120 lift apparatus is different than the above schematic....  The hoodstand of the C-120 is also different than the hoodstand show in the first pic.  The C-120 LIFT SCHEMATIC is here:

thanks for all the replies , After looking at your pictures and prints I got that part hooked up .Now it seems my belt is too short. I looked on here and thought it was saying for my horse I needed a 139" belt . ????????

tiller wants belt # 110265 at 141 inch the one you have at 139" is belt # 1599...wrong belt for that tiller/tractor combination.

Get the 110265 belt here:

Dave, is there any other size belt it could possibly be, it doesn't look like 2" would make enough difference?
