Hopefully the Plunge knows better or I'll get BBT to open up a #10 can of whoop @$$ on him. I'm not even a LSE fan but i get it. Jimbo I just read this out loud to her. You got yourself an official Laugh Out Loud from the BBT. Just out of curiosity what exactly is a # 10 can? Is that one of these Midwestern cheese head terms that I'm not supposed to understand knowing we don't use our "R's" in the right place? BBT is taking an educated guess that it is all 10 fingers?

To help you visualize, your average soup can is #2 can. To get the same amount of food as one #10 can, you would have to have a total of 5.32 soup cans to have the same amount of volume as the #10 can. Ed Kennell 38,185 #5216 Posted December 23, 2022 Took advantage of the 50F heat wave yesterday to shut down the wood stove and clean the pipe and chimney. Time to fire it up this morning as temp drops to 15F with 40 MPH NW winds by this afternoon.

Stormin 9,981 #5218 Posted December 27, 2022 Been marshalling at a local car clubs Auto Test. That's were they drive in-between and round cones over a timed course. I was positioned a third of the way along one section that was run 3 times. Nice position to be given. On an airfield, in strong winds with 45mph gusts and temperature just over -5C. If that wasn't bad enough, after the lunch break it started to rain. Heavily! Fortunately my car was parked not far away and I was able to shelter in it and still see the part I was watching.
Pullstart 62,903 #5219 Posted December 28, 2022 We are in TN for little Declan’s funeral. We’re all getting ready for his visitation. Last night I was brought to tears when I was asked to be a Paul bearer. Ashley’s brother lives up near us in MI and they were about 2 hours from Nashville when their van started making a big noise. It sounded like a surefire exhaust problem on the phone. They finished the drive and this morning I was alarmed to find the #6 spark plug had backed out and blown out of the head, destroying the coil pack with it. With limited tools on our trip, I went to harbor freight, got some tools, went to Autozone for some parts and found a Dorman 42025 kit for poor old 5.4 Fords. I went to Office Depot for some canned air (designed for cleaning keyboards) and was shocked at a $71 bill for two 10 oz cans! Back to HF for a $69 pancake compressor and a $12 air nozzle kit. Got the van back running for the family and back to the hotel for lunch and a shower. Now to the somber visitation.

OldWorkHorse 3,045 #5222 Posted January 2, 2023 Since in maine it's been pushing 50 out latly and no snow even in January I decided to take advantage of the weather and make a burn barrel 2.0 to clear up some of the limbs around the yard from the last few wind storms we had come though before have to do it all in spring 4
ebinmaine 67,540 #5223 Posted January 2, 2023 I took some time to reorganize and mostly empty the bed of the truck. Moved 7 of the smaller boards on the bottom rack from down the hill. About an 80 foot walk. Good workout. The other three and all the larger beams on the top rack were in the truck. They're now separated and drying better. The wood pile is outside under the shed roof. Nearly ¾ cord. This is one of 3 stacks to be built here. All for next year. Should hold just over 4 cord. 1

Pullstart 62,903 #5225 Posted January 3, 2023 Fits perfectly! I have a blow brake line somewhere. I’ll let the rain dry off it a bit, then investigate.
