8ntruck 7,003 #3430 Posted December 3, 2021 Drove up to Michigan today. Probably will get some sort of seat time in the next couple of days taking care of the leaves. @Pullstart I stopped by Dunham's with hopes of finding a Daisy model 25. No joy. They had plenty of Red Ryder Carbines, but no model 25's. Think I'll stop by the hardware store tomorrow and see if they have one, or could order one.

I'm still undecided on what to do on the inside. Maybe a black bed liner type coating with grit for traction on the bottom. With the oyster white on the seats and upper hull. 4

Dat's the only thing I don't like about my shop... it is old-fashioned... no heat, no air conditioning. I can't weld or fabricate in the garage because it disturbs the lady women here on the funny farm. When it's hot outside, I sweat like a hog. When it's cold outside... I freeze... One day I will have insulation! Don 2

No air or heat in the service areas. Love my Carhart coveralls! Thinking about picking up them "Arctic" ones that I saw. Let's see... they cost about 14 packs of smokes, I should be able to afford them in another 2 weeks! (I'm starting "Step 3" tomorrow! One month down) 7

Gregor 4,846 #3450 Posted December 4, 2021 I have electric socks, and electric gloves. The gloves don't seem to work as well as they use to, but they are several years old. They are big and bulky, and hard to do anything with, except shovel snow, and drive a tractor.
