D_Mac 8,618 #151 Posted May 31, 2020 Mounted the deck on the Lambert, dont know why. Just wanted to see what it will look like. Seemed easy enough, couple of bolts. Took me over an hour. Cant even see it that well. 2
Pullstart 62,867 #152 Posted May 31, 2020 (edited) Took an overdue “first” motorcycle ride of the year with my wife and Father In Law. Two Harley Davidsons wondering through the forest... with chili dogs and ice cream on our minds! Edited May 31, 2020 by pullstart Pics! 3
ClassicTractorProfessor 5,314 #153 Posted June 1, 2020 Mowed the yard at my shop with the Deere, then decided to knock down the overgrown brush in the east pasture at the ranch with the M. I seriously doubt if any of these new tractors today will be earning their keep like this 72 years from now 5
Stormin 9,981 #154 Posted June 1, 2020 More painting and scraping and wire brushing. First section of railing finished and in place. Second section ready for first coat.
Mickwhitt 4,624 #155 Posted June 1, 2020 This is the lathe we bought, it's a six foot Naerok with power cross feed screwcutting and geared head. It's an awesome beast weighing half a ton. We have engaged a machinery mover to lift and transport it for us. He is a specialist with the proper gear and insurance if it gets dropped. Lots of hand tools, measuring tools and lathe accessories, plus the milling machine. Oh and an oxy acetylene kit and a bandsaw. Bargain of the century. Mickwhitt 4,624 #160 Posted June 2, 2020 Got the milling machine set up this morning. It's a nice big lump of metal and will do some decent work for my friend. 2 4
Stormin 9,981 #161 Posted June 2, 2020 Gave the second section of railing it's first coat this morning. Then bit the bullet and bought this to replace my Land Rover Discovery, that's got terminal chassis rot.

Dan.gerous 2,696 #164 Posted June 3, 2020 Note the chunk out of my nose, was trying to get the front mule drive to release, and it wouldnt budge - had a closer look, but a little too close as it just glanced my nose on the way to the ground - ouch!

Stormin 9,981 #171 Posted June 3, 2020 You'll need to bury at least a foot of fence or the rabbits will dig under it, Kevin.

Stormin 9,981 #175 Posted June 4, 2020 Finished painting and re-fitted the second section of railing. Then mowed, lawn, green and verges. Finished just as it started to rain.
