Mickwhitt 5,015 #8001 Posted April 8 While building the model landrover I decided I needed an air brush stand as I keep putting the thing down on the bench and spilling the paint. So I had a pop, using the brass base of an old lab instrument and some scraps of alloy and wood. One side holds the gun i use with a small colour cup, has to be stored like that as the cup juts out of the left side. The other side holds my gun with the standard paint jar on it. 4

ebinmaine 70,718 #8007 Posted April 11 I wanted a calorie burn and figured starting to move the rock pile was a great way. Took 3 cart loads from the front yard to the path here. This is a bridge that we'll be rebuilding soon. Stone on both sides. PT span.
Ed Kennell 40,468 #8008 Posted April 12 (edited) Fried up some taters, onions, deer scrapple, and eggs for breakfast. Then checked on the Kids Fishing Derby. We stocked 1500 trout last evening. It was 39 degrees and drizzling rain this morning. The trout bite was slow, but a few were caught. Edited April 12 by Ed Kennell 1
ebinmaine 70,718 #8009 Posted April 14 I put a cart load of stone in front of the new workshop space to make a small ramp.
Wayne0 926 #8010 Posted April 14 Betsy and I took advantage of a (rare) nice day and drove out to the Plumb Island reservation in Newbury, Ma. 7 miles of shoreline and salt marsh @ 25mph. Beautiful area. She is an amateur photographer and scored some great pics. She does a calendar every year, so has to stock up on subjects. 2

You may know Trina's been compiling the annual Redsquare Calendar for a couple year. She also does a complete calendar for our friends and family every year. All her own pics. All her own seasons done per month to month display.

OMG I wish it was today - whopper of a toothache since Thursday, but antibiotics have to do their work first. Going out to the shop tomorrow to forget about it!
ebinmaine 70,718 #8016 Posted April 14 I've had five teeth pulled. All four wisdom teeth plus one of the molars beside them. I can't chew very much on my right hand side anyway so if I had a rotted or bad tooth on that side I probably would just have it removed. Not repaired. No root canals.... yet.
HyperPete 487 #8017 Posted April 14 I have a mouth full of metal. Implants, crowns, & bridges. My dad was a dentist. I'll bet he's rolling in his grave. 😥
adsm08 2,642 #8018 Posted April 14 I mowed today. I did the first 3/4 of a lap with the 855, then the cotter pin for the PTO spring broke, so I had to finish with the push mower, since the tractor seems to be in cahoots with my cotter pin assortment, as it has chosen today to hide.
MainelyWheelhorse 1,010 #8019 Posted April 15 My father had time over the last few days to weld up the broken off mounting tab on the base of the spare M12. Today I painted the base and put it back together. I also fixed my bathroom sink drain but that was a bit of a **** show so ill let you guys imagine it.
Ed Kennell 40,468 #8020 Posted April 16 Mrs. K reminded me to decorate my egg for the Easter egg contest. This is an annual event and my Wheel Horse egg didn't finish in the top ten last year. We have 20+ entries. We now only get brown eggs from our Amish neighbor. So I decided to use the brown egg and appeal to the taste buds of the younger crowd in hopes of garnering a few more votes this year. I'll report back with the winner of the jar of M & Ms. 3

ebinmaine 70,718 #8023 Posted April 18 I had another PT visit today. Went good. I'm authorized and encouraged to (re)start resistant training. Tomorrow workout will include some body weight movements along with my PT "homework"... The electrician is scheduled to be here tomorrow. Hopefully we can get finished up with both the basement apartment and the power in the new workshop space.
