Are they very small boat paddles?

I'm sure my yoga teacher would have one, she's always going on about my tushie being too high or too low or some such.

Small breadboards. I’m sure they would work great as a paddle, whether for a boat or a butt. I just did them to try out the designs after I cleaned them up. It’s hard matching the texts but I finally got it.

Mote BBT work out behind the house today.

We've been getting a lot of water under the deck surface there by the back door.

Likely a fair amount is runoff from melting snow.

She cut back the garden a couple feet to give more area for fluid movement.

It used to be right at the deck.

She also lined the newest area with these little boulders.

Glad to see that she doesn’t get mad at the rocks--she gets even by putting them where she wants them!

The BBT and her momma started getting the garden ready today.

Likely plant some hardy stuff within a few days.

Plants that can't withstand frost have to wait another month.

They also added some random stripes of scrap wood to reinforce the garden access bridge (pallet)

Cut the yard…

Then gonna wash up the hog for tomorrow’s ride…

But first I made a rack to hold my saddlebags while they are off the bike.

Never even liked laying them on soft grass.

10 ft of 3/4” PVC, 10- 90 degree elbows, a little primer and glue, and 4-5 ft of pipe insulation and Whala !…

Went for a little hike up the mountains across the street.

Found some leaves just starting to sprout.

The snowy pic was January 20th. Green one is today. Same tree on top of Bill Merrill Mountain.

Good thing I read the captions. I know the weather can change quickly in Maine, but this would be ridiculous.

Here’s what the saddlebag wash rack looks like… got her washed up and rubbed down.

Added a little skull bling to the tag bracket…

Made this @ClassicTractorProfessor. Will be in the mail this week. I made a Ford sign for a guy at work and tested a jig on a couple of coasters. Need to get the centering right. Sealed up the front eaves of my shed. I’m tired. Trying to get all my little projects done so I can start all over again. One day I’ll get to work on my tractors. :laughing-rolling:

Mrs. K asked "What do you want for Dinner".    Me, I'll be back in an hour.

Here ya go.    Filet, egg dip, roll in Panko crumbs, and pan fry in butter.

Your local store is an hour away? :ROTF:

Not sure if I told you all but Sandra's dad now lives with us in a downstairs granny flat.

He can be challenging sometimes as at 87 his focus tends to jump from.one thing to another every time the wind changes. What he was desperate for yesterday is now of no interest and what he had ruled out absolutely a few days ago is now the must have thing.

He has flirted with growing things on and off for years, going through greenhouses like most folk go through annual plants lol. He'd buy one, use it a couple of seasons, get fed up then sell it, give it away, scrap it.

So when he mentioned one for our home I was a little sceptical to say the least. But in the interests of marital bliss I humoured him. Aluminium frame with polycarbonate sheets were ridiculously expensive and flimsy. Wooden ones with glass would require the sale of body parts to finance. So off to the lumber yard and I'm off and running on a make it up and build it as I go style of growing room.

Just a mornings work and I have the start of a base and frame. It will be simple but robust, rustic but not shabby, I'm.hoping a few more days will see it ready for plants.

If he goes off the idea I can grow things in it, or Mrs. W may commandeer it for a hot tub house lol.

20240430_151807.jpg.37a574067404a0404af82b2caf738a80.jpgwe started out with this, simple but flimsy and small, not really practical.

We moved on to this idea, railway sleepers and hefty frame, built to fit the area we have available rather than buying a ready made one that is not a useful fit.

I'm 53 87ths his age & I've ALWAYS been that way.

It's a ... interesting... way to be.

🙄

The technical term is: neurodivergent.

I'm learning to live with it.....

Nice, but I just like them pan fried in butter. Just gut, rinse, and fry.

I know there is a lot of meat that is missed when filet. But to each their own.

Had a day off today so I decided to tinker in my garage. Since the 1257HEAVY is complete I havnt had a WH project going this year yet I've been messing around with some mini bikes I got and decided to toss one together with odds and ends parts I have laying around. Working on mocking it all up make sure everything fits b4 paint. But coming along nicely.

Not totally wheel horse related but I did use a 520 to haul that brush there.

Took just under an hour to chip that.
