I got my free one several years ago, the strange thing was that I could get it free at a pharmacy but would have had to pay at the doctor.

And with my regular Cigna medical insurance I would have to do exactly the opposite at least as of last month...

They were never offered for free here in Maryland if you were on Medicare until January of this year.

Mine was paid by my medicare supplement insurance many years back.

BTW, I switched to a new policy on Jan.1 '23.       Cost is $38/ month for the two of us  and it picks up nearly every thing medicare doesn't cover, plus a credit  card that pays $80/month for over the counter pharmacy items like vitamins, toothpaste, aspirin, etc.  and $40/month for healthy grocery items like fresh fruit, vegetables, meat,  milk and bread.

It pays to shop around for health insurance.

@Mickwhitt  just got a 312-8 going , was a rear bagger , quickly got an oil soak going on it , to recover faded / dull paint , also had to do a fuel pump swap , and carb clean out . BTW if you use a typical chinese pump , use super lube on every O  ring point , makes side fittings fit much easier , took a while to get it going , jets were plugged up . next up is a total lubrication do over , also rear end drain / flush / refill.  good charge rate , going over all of it .  probably going to sell it  , pete

Is that an Advantage plan?

Made a sign for my light box I picked up a while back. Old X-ray cabinet. Maybe one day I’ll have somewhere to hang it.

Legs.  Are.  Jello.

Today, I am working on cleaning the shop, taking care of tools, organizing parts, spares, etc.  Soon, I’ll have a ‘71 Bug frame / ‘27 Bugatti body kit car coming in for some TLC and I want to dedicate a shop bay to it.

This in floor hoist has been elevated above my head for over a year.  It’ll soon be in use once again!

The search party was sent out for 10 mm sockets about 19 years ago.  They were last pinged near the Bermuda Triangle.  A moment of silence would be appreciated.

With my 10's gone west I do now fear...

Funny….. I pulled up to a red light last week. Looked out the window and right next to my car was an 3/8 drive impact swivel with a 10mm socket. Should have bought a powerball ticket.

WHX??

Not today but yesterday... got my first SSI check and promised the gang I would make them prime rib when I did.

We all went out to eat for new years and many of them had PR which was less than show. I took pity on them, I had surf n turf and told them a supper club can't do what I do.

I told @Achto he sliced it a bit thin ... I usually slice in 2 - 3 inch chunks.

Not enough room at the table for  everyone so Massey Jason & wife ...the newlyweds got the "love" table... kinda like putting them up in the love shack @JCM...

Prime rib was most excellent!!! As usual when our gang gets together there is always more food than we need. I left J&C stables completely and uncomfortably stuffed. Thanks again Jim & Cindy!!!

BTW - What we doing with your next check??

The thinner you slice it, the more of it there is.
