stevasaurus 22,711 #2 Posted April 30, 2020 Can you post a picture of what you have there. Did it do this before?? Did you do something to change something??
pfrederi 17,674 #3 Posted April 30, 2020 I have had to remove the center pulley zerk on a couple of 48" decks as it gets bashed up...
daveoman1966 3,745 #5 Posted April 30, 2020 Are you CERTAIN the deck is mounted correctly. That is, the FORK of the front tach-o-matic hitch MUST engage the guide bar underneath....tough to explain, so here are a couple of pics. If this isn't mounted right, the deck will also slop back and forth...
top_cat 41 #6 Posted May 1, 2020 (edited) I have the same setup with a 48. Your hitch is in the correct position. To keep the zerk from rubbing I used a hitch pin and washer in the hole on the round portion of the bar that is touching the grease fitting to pull it over, if this makes sense to you. Check the lift chain and trunion and make sure it's connected to your lift handle. Edited May 1, 2020 by top_cat

Bill D 1,910 #8 Posted May 2, 2020 I had to drill a hole in some of mine. Drill about 1/2" over from where the bar and rod meet. Bill
