Deck spindle grease zert

Hello I've got a old not sure of the year CG-7 wh it has a 36 rd deck with aluminum spindles. My question is on the bottom side of the spindle it has what looks like a big pop rivit in it, could that be removed to add a grease zert? The deck hasn't been used in years or maybe even decades! It's in good shape and everything turns ok just dont know how long that will last without some fresh grease in them.
