The thanks.... :bow-yellow:

Cindy.... for keeping a fire lit under my @$$!

Dan @Achto of course.... can't say enough about his help and expertise!

Tom @Shynon the hubcaps totally blew us away! :handgestures-thumbsup:

@Vinylguy The decals of course. They sure do put a finishing touch on a tractor!

@jimkemp the stack...

Jeepers cats forgot to thank @prondzy for helping me install Cindy's newly painted pallet flag for the back drop! Hell of a job eh Mike?!?

I know I am leaving guys out but I'll think of them at cocktail hour tonite! :occasion-xmas:

Other mods that might come down the pipe are a 701/702/753 style steering wheel if I can find one.  It was on the shopping list for the BS...….I got a dandy on a 753 but I hate to sacrifice a nice original tractor. Tom suggested a chrome coil for a little pop under the hood.

Anybody else have some other suggestions I'll always listen... things they like ...things they don't like... be honest.

Very nice @WHX24...I have so much respect for you cheese heads talent, @Achto. Can't wait to see it in person in October...I also loved the slow gentle release of the resto. Really was a great climactic ending

Thanks and will do that Jabel... weather has been so cold around and seems no spring green. Things just starting to bud out.

Sure do appreciate you guys liking this ... l not sure I do, I still wanna hook up a tub or worse drop the furrow side tire and work it! That little 7 HP just sounds nice when up on the pipe and working. Speaking of that Tom had a cub muff on it, which I really liked. Thoughts are making a ss wrap for Jim k's muff or a cub stack ala 520ish... ??

one shed for the beauty queens, one shed for the dirty workers.  sometimes they give each other dirty looks.

there's a few I redid way too much $$ into them to cut grass or plow with.

Point taken Jabel.. this is why never again.... at what point I am going to stick that trailer queen in the dirt and I can justify to myself thats what they were bred to do.

When Dan built his Raider 12 plow mule from a worn out POS  to a fine queenie looking tractor, and a quite capable worker, everyone including me said to him "you really gonna stick that in the dirt ??"

Damn strait he said without even thinking and he had no qualms about doing it. That's what he rebuilt it for.

So that brings up the age old dilemma.. why resto and stick this kind of coin into it when it was meant to do work?

On the other hand it's pure satisfaction to resto a tractor like this and say "honey, let's just park it next to the Christmas tree and look at it."

Personally I enjoy getting them back to good mechanical shape and using them as was intended.

I guess either way it comes down to keeping history alive.

Anybody ever figures it out let me know!

I  am with you on using it and enjoying it.  everyone I redid my kids climbed all over them, one quick story and i will leave your post alone!

awhile back I had my mustang gt out for ice cream,  I parked and this little kid about 3 ran to the car, yelling "yellow car"  slapped his 2 hands up on the car.  his parents looked at me with terror in there eyes thinking I would be mad.  I laughed, took the keys out and gave them to the kid and told him take it out if you want, told his parents let him sit in the car.  no harm it's just a car!  I would want that kid to have an awesome memory's of cool cars and machines. they are just pieces of metal.  no matter what it is bike, car, boat, tractor, airplane  etc..... they are meant to be used and enjoyed!

again awesome job on the 702, the point is, now it's done, have fun with it!

In all honesty, i take my hat for your reaction Jabel, because i react the same Way.

i just take a bit more care at such a reworked Treasure,  than just a simply Worker or an older machine,

but i still know they built to work.

But inside still each scratch hurts me a bit, independently if Worker or Show

@WHX24 about you never did Thing.....😎

I‘ll bet if your honey needs maybe a second one, you get weak.. 😂😂😂 😍 😎 👍

Everyone has their own way of doing things and both and neither are right or wrong.

Trina and I have done full restorations on 2 so far and they're both used.

If they get scratched up they get touched up.

You all have created a work of art.

It's up to you folks how much you let your art... Work.
