Got carried away again.

Wheels on my Saxon trailer have got a bit scruffy over the years. So this morning I decided to give them a freshen up.

So off they came, but I think I went a tad to far.

Nahhh.......

Triangular axle support is still attached to the flat part of the trailer.

That's good.

Weather's been like this for a few days now. Nippy east winds though.

I was going to take it off, Eric, and the floor. But the bolts are dome headed and just spun.

I just hate it when they put carriage bolts in wood.  :eusa-think:  :occasion-xmas:  I woke up today, and decided to stay home...and spend the day on Red Square.    :banana-linedance:No round head bolts turning here.  In fact, I got out of going to the grocery store with Chris...plus, she brought me back some Vodka.   Just to rinse my hands of course.  :hilarious:

Top coat of paint on. Agricultural enamel. IH red. Brush painted. Now all I have to do is wait for it to dry.

Looks good.

I'm going to have to do a similar job on my little trailer this summer.  I treated it to new tires & tubes last year.  While I was doing that, I noticed several fatigue cracks and rust spots that need attention.
