gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,007 #1 Posted April 13, 2020 Some are a real disappointment. There are glaring mistakes in some so thought I would try to correct them as best I can. The 1991-1997 520-H is a mess so thought by the last year in 1997 they would have got it right. Use that info to redo the older diagrams. Wrong. Finally have a version that will work for black and white and color I think. I don.t have an operating color printer to try it. Will have to rely on the members/owners to verify their accuracy. Wire color is one concern and if all the wires for one component match what is on a tractor. If someone has one torn apart it should not be a big task. Here is what I have so far. The original from the manual and the same drawing corrected and colored. If you want to download the color version pdf it is here Any criticisms and better ideas appreciated. gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,007 #7 Posted April 14, 2020 At the moment there is a pdf color copy with the 1997 operator manual in the first post of this thread you can download. I will never see one of these models so need owner's help. I need someone to verify I have the correct number of wires on each switch or relay and the colors are correct. This can be done as repairs are done so the wiring is even accessible. I don't expect anyone to rip one down to get the answers. Once the main diagram is verified correct I will redo the Demystification Guide that has the separate circuits so they match and it will be the excellent source it should have been when it was published. Have done a few to see how it will work. When you see Wiring in the file header that is a single page of the diagram as in an operator manual - black and white Wiring Detailed in the file header is from the Demystification Guide - black and white. Wiring Detailed Revised is the corrected Demystification Guide in color. Here is an example you can download I am going to redo the individual circuits so they are like the page above because it prints out so much better.
