The new Engine Sounds nice.

do you have any clue what was the reason, about the outlet Valve ?

wrong gap maybe or a weak Spring?

good to have spare and a well equipped Workshop 👍

:banana-rock::banana-blonde::banana-wrench::banana-tux: I love them C-160's.  This was my first WH, had her out for a spin today.

:woohoo:                   Glad to see you saved the block from becoming a boat anchor with a hole in the side.            :text-coolphotos:

Do like Trina and I did a few years ago.

Just start undoing things.

Watch a video or 2.

Take about a million pics.

 Bolt it back together.

Easy.

Kinda how I figured out how to build a house......lol

In 2009 My wife and I figured out how to do 50-60% of it ourselves after a contractor stacked the logs.......if we can figure that out, we can figure out the WH. Also how I figured out how to built out my old 7.3L PowerStroke back in the day......the internet is a wonderful place.

Again, thanks for the encouragement.

Mike, looks and sounds good :handgestures-thumbupright:. Thank for the pictures, a couple of years ago I partially took apart my '77 C160 auto for a good cleaning, engine was in good shape so I just took the tins off and cleaned it. Well like most of my projects, between my ADD and life it all ended up on the shelf and in boxes. So sometime in the next couple of month I plan on putting it back together . The pictures along with the parts manual will come in handy as to what goes where, my memory ain't that good :snooty:.

Feel free to ask in the forum or send a PM if you want any pictures of Cinnamon.

There's a ton of pics in the build thread from that and I'd be happy to send more for anything that you need.
