AHS 1,439 #1 Posted April 11, 2020 We got 7-9” of 34 degree snow! Just hear the trees snapping! Lost our power at 2:00 in the morning. I got the snow cleaned up with the John Deere walk behind, shhh!! My neighbor, Paul and me cut up the wood and branches. A broken heavy branch landed on the gazebo roof and on her hood, luckily not a scratch!! No body got hurt! Amen!! Here’s some pics 4

PeacemakerJack 10,738 #5 Posted April 11, 2020 Those late snows can really cause havoc on trees and power lines! Pretty to look at, not so pretty to deal with. I was going to take the snow clothes off of my tractas’ when the wife lovingly reminded me of the tax day 2018 storm... it was really windy and dropped about 25” of snow. We had cold enough temps so as to not have the super wet snow and the associated damage. However, it was still a cold slap in the face in mid April—even for a Wisconsinite!!!😫
WHNJ701 4,165 #6 Posted April 11, 2020 it was snow showers/flurry almost all day yesterday in nj
SPINJIM 1,981 #7 Posted April 11, 2020 Very windy here in PA. Some snow flurries. Had to look closely to tell whether it was cherry blossom petals coming down or snow. Wind and cold makes it easier to stay indoors. Jim
Darb1964 1,042 #8 Posted April 11, 2020 Snow and wind in the Berkshires, but only accumulated to a dusting, sun came out on and off, when it did wormed up and melted.

I just got the walk behind cause it was a good deal, at a yard sale ( in 2014) it was $400 or 500 and it was brand new! The guy had used it one winter on a driveway 30’ long!... it was a no brainer.... even though it was a JD!

Just keep the kid(s?) Well trained. Repeat after me.... Green bad. Wheelhorse good. 1
